1. Monthly subscription
You cancel whenever you want, with no penalty and no justification. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the already-charged month is not refunded.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
No conditions, no questions. If within the first 30 days you're not happy, we refund your first month and you keep your improved profile. There is no setup fee and no commitment.
3. Onboarding
The first-month onboarding (GBP optimization + instant start + replies to old reviews) is included in every plan at no separate charge — there is no separate, non-refundable setup.
4. Annual subscription
It includes 2 months free + a local landing page + free hosting. It is prepaid; within 30 days the money-back guarantee applies. After 30 days it covers the prepaid period and is not refunded.
5. How to cancel
Email info@mapraise.com or message us via the AI chat. We confirm the cancellation and release you from your profile within 7 business days.
6. Billing
All charges are made via Stripe. Prices are shown net, plus 24% VAT.
