1. Who we are

mapraise.com is a done-for-you reputation management service operating under the trade name “Mapraise Reputation Marketing”, legal provider FILIOS CHRISTOS (sole proprietorship), VAT (ΑΦΜ) 178132130.

Acceptance of these terms is given expressly and electronically when you sign up for the service, together with the DPA. We record the acceptance (who, when, which version) so that both sides have proof.

2. The service

We automate the collection of Google reviews from your real customers, reply to reviews with AI in their language and your voice, optimize and protect your Google Business Profile, and give you a monthly report on your map position and AI-search visibility. Collection is compliant — the way Google's rules allow and reward — with no gating or incentives for reviews.

3. Plans & pricing

We offer three monthly plans: Reputation €99, Growth €179 and Pro €279 — all prices plus 24% VAT, month-to-month. Plans differ in features and volume (a feature ladder): review-request fair use of 100 / 200 / 400 per month respectively, with progressively more features (e.g. GBP optimization Basic→Full, AI insights, weekly posts, AI visibility, Review Spotlight, number of users). The full comparison is on the pricing page. Requests above your plan's limit are charged at +50% of the base message price.

4. Onboarding (month 1)

Every plan includes, at no extra charge, the first-month onboarding: Google profile optimization (Basic 5 or Full 12 points depending on the plan), an “instant start” that reactivates your existing customers (plan volume) and replies to all your existing reviews. There is no separate setup fee.

5. Local landing page (optional)

An optional product: a hyperlocal landing page optimized for Google Business Profile and AI visibility, on your own (sub)domain. €299 plus VAT (one-time) or included free with the annual subscription. Retention terms: §9.

6. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — with no conditions and no questions. If within the first 30 days you're not happy, we refund your first month and you keep your improved profile. The service is month-to-month, with no commitment. We do not guarantee a specific map position or number of reviews — no one can guarantee those honestly.

7. Term & cancellation

The subscription is monthly, with no commitment. You cancel whenever you want, with no justification; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Outside the 30-day guarantee, the already-charged month is not refunded.

8. Annual subscription

The annual option gives 2 months free (you pay 10), the local landing page on your own domain and free hosting. It is prepaid; within the first 30 days the money-back guarantee applies, after which it covers the prepaid period.

9. Local landing page retention

If you have a local landing page and stop the subscription but want to keep it, a hosting fee of €99 per year applies. Otherwise, it is taken down.

10. Ownership of your profile

Your Google Business Profile always remains yours: you are owner or co-owner. If you leave, we release you within 7 business days. We never retain ownership of your profile.

Your customer list remains yours. If our engagement ends, you receive a full copy of it, together with the consent records, in a format you can use anywhere.

11. Your obligations

You give us the relevant access and approve actions where required (e.g. replies to negative reviews). Google's video verification is done by you on your phone, with our live guidance. The service may not be used for fake or incentivized reviews.

You enter only the details of your own customers, lawfully obtained in the course of a transaction with you, and you confirm that you have a lawful basis to contact them. This confirmation is also given via a separate checkbox at sign-up and at every contact entry.

You do not set review targets for your staff, you do not ask your customers for specific content or for an employee to be named, you do not pressure for a review on your premises, and you do not offer incentives in exchange for reviews. A breach of Google's rules counts against your own profile.

12. Personal data & Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For the details of your own customers that you enter into the service, you are the data controller and Mapraise acts as the data processor, solely for the provision of the service. The terms of the processing are set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms an integral part of our engagement and is accepted together with these terms when you sign up.

13. Payments

Payments are made via Stripe, monthly in advance (or annually, where selected). Prices are shown net, plus 24% VAT.

14. Limitation of liability

We provide the service with professional care but do not guarantee a specific ranking, number of reviews or revenue. We are not liable for decisions of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) outside our control.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
